Natalya Urovish, M.D.

About

Natalya Urovish, M.D. is a fellowship-trained sports medicine physician who manages a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, arthritis, and non-operative fracture care.  She treats all areas of the body and has special interest in preventative medicine protocols including platelet rich plasma injections, bone marrow cell injections, and fat cell injections. Dr. Urovish is double board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine. She has also been named a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly.

Dr. Urovish graduated magna cum laude in 2003 from SUNY at Binghamton with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. She continued her education at SUNY Upstate Medical University, graduating a Doctor of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Urovish completed her residency in emergency medicine and fellowship in sports medicine at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY.

In addition to her extensive experience treating patients in hospital and clinical settings, Dr. Urovish has also provided her expertise on the sidelines, including at the New York City Marathon and NBA All-Star events. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Urovish enjoys traveling, skiing, and watching her two daughters play soccer.
